Terms and Conditions
- Payment: All orders require 100% advance payment prior to dispatch.
- Returns: We do not accept returns on any goods.
- Exchanges for Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, torn, or stained item, it can be exchanged for a new piece of the same product. To process an exchange, you must provide an unedited video recording of the package opening as proof.
- Advance Payment and Order Cancellation: Any partial payment made as an advance for an order is non-refundable if the remaining balance is not paid. In such cases, the order will be considered cancelled by the customer.
- Out-of-Stock Items (Domestic Orders): If a product you order becomes unavailable for any reason, a full refund will be initiated within one week of order placement.
- Out-of-Stock Items (International Orders): If an ordered product is out of stock, international customers will need to select an alternative item. Refunds are not available for international orders in this situation.
- Partial Shipments (International Orders): If a partial order is shipped to an international customer, any outstanding balance for the unshipped items can be adjusted in their next order. No refunds will be issued for items not included in a partial shipment.
- Shipping Delays: Asliwholesale is not directly affiliated with any specific courier companies and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier service.
- Lost Packages Due to Customer Unavailability: Asliwholesale will not be liable for parcels lost by the courier due to the customer's unavailability at the time of delivery.
- Non-Catalogue/Pakistani Style Dresses: Please note that non-catalogue products, including Pakistani style dresses, may have slight variations in color, design, or fabric compared to what is displayed or described on the website. This is mentioned in the product details, and no returns will be accepted for such variations.
- Size Exchanges: For size exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges.
